Shipping and Return Policy

 Domestic US orders:

Please allow 2-4days to process your order. After the processing time your package will arrive depending on the mail service you selected. Please note mail services are not open on Sundays or holidays

We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL

International orders: 

Please allow 2-4 days to process your order. After the processing time your package will arrive between 2-3 weeks. Due to COVID-19, note that there may be delivery delays. We appreciate your patience. 

All items are sent via USPS International Mail. USPS Priority Mail provides a unique tracking code and we offer a flat rate of $15 for all orders. Please be aware that customs fees may apply depending on your country of residency

 

Term and Conditions, and Return Policies 

Customer acknowledges that all items are non-refundable, exchangeable, or returnable. Please understand that we are a small business and we cannot afford to do returns at the moment. After an order is placed you are not able to cancel or change the order. If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email to: sales@shopcanelavintage.com

When you purchase any item from Shop Canela Vintage you are acknowledging that we are not responsible for any lost/stolen or not arrived packages. If this happen, please check with the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim and ask them for further assistance. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for product once is shipped. 

Shop Canela Vintage is not responsible for any incorrect address input by the customer.

If your package was stolen from your entrance or was lost by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for this, but we will help you as best as we can to file a claim.
